Do we haul vehicles?
Passenger vehicles cannot be hauled but small vehicles such as lawnmowers and ATV’s can be.
Will I need to be present at pickup or dropoff?
In general, yes, at least someone will need to be there at both ends of the cargo’s journey. If your circumstances don’t allow for that, let us know so we can discuss options.
Can I use this service to buy something from a retailer and have it delivered to my home or business?
Definitely! That’s one of the most popular ways that customers use the service. Simply let us know that’s the plan when you book.
Can I use this service to return something to a store?
You can! Just let us know that’s what you’re doing when you book.
Can I just have something moved from one room of my house to another?
Absolutely! We do that frequently.
Will items be brought to my doorstep or can I have them placed inside a building or room?
Either way is fine. In either case, you’ll need to be present to receive your item(s).
