Best personnel

All staff at Haul Lift Load are background checked and trained in proper materials handling, stowage, and vehicle operation. All staff at Haul Lift Load know one another and work together frequently.

Best equipment

Unlike the way most large corporations work, Haul Lift Load vehicles are equipped with all the gear necessary to work quickly while maintaining the highest standard of care for every item we transport and touch.

$5000 complimentary cargo coverage

All cargo carried is ensured against damage and loss. To qualify for coverage, cargo must be carried wholly by Haul Lift Load staff or, if a customer or another party is aiding in transport, any damage or loss sustained must be the result of a Haul Lift Load staff member’s action, including failure to act where prudent.

Compensation cannot exceed actual losses incurred. In the event of a loss, you must allow Haul Lift Load to attempt to repair any damage within a reasonable time frame (30 days), whether within the company or through a professional repair service. Compensation for losses may be prorated to reflect the current market value of any items affected. Amounts of losses can under no circumstances exceed the original purchase price of any items lost.

We observe the highest standards in cargo protection. However, we recognize that many customers are sensitive to the expense that can be incurred while packaging and stowing cargo. In an effort to accommodate those customers’ needs, we will abide by any requests to relax our procedures for cargo protection. In that event, no claims for loss will be considered except where gross negligence by us has occurred.

By engaging the services of the company, you agree that you are bound by the terms of this program. Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration at our expense. All claims must be supported by written and photographic evidence. At our discretion, we reserve the right to have items appraised at our expense prior in order to establish the value of any losses under this program. All claims must be submitted by email to service@haulliftload.com within seven (7) days of any loss. No claim will be processed until all fees for service are paid in full.
